The Story behind Little Oliveto
Little Oliveto is a small, family-run countryside estate restored with care and a love for Tuscany. We believe in warm hospitality, and creating a place where guests can relax and feel at home.
The name Little Oliveto
Below the farmhouse lies our olive grove. Oliveto is
the Italian word for olive grove. Because we have
only 8 apartments, we are a small, cosy, family-friendly agriturismo. That's why we chose the name
Little Oliveto.

About the family
We are a Dutch family: Remco, Maritte, Fede en Giulio. In May 2024, we discovered this beautiful place by chance. In March 2025, we made the big move and emigrated from Rotterdam to Montaione, Tuscany.
In 13 months, we have completely renovated the property. On May 9th 2026 we proudly celebrated our official opening.
We are incredibly happy to see Little Oliveto come to life and can't wait for our very first season as Little Oliveto.
